Tickets are distributed free of charge through the official online registration portal of the Organizing Committee.

Those who have completed registration successfully will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code and details about the ticket pick-up location.

You receive physical tickets by showing:

• The QR code sent via email
• A valid ID (Citizen ID/ VNeID/Passport)

Headquarters of Nhan Dan Newspaper – 71 Hang Trong, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi

Tickets are only issued to those who have successfully registered online and received a QR code.

The audience can register for tickets by following these simple steps:
Step 1: Online Registration

1. Visit the official website: hanoilight.com
2. Click [Click here to start] at the bottom of the homepage
3. Fill out all required fields
4. Carefully review your information
5. Click [Register to receive tickets] to complete your registration

* Note: The concert will be held at My Dinh National Stadium with a limited number of tickets. The registration portal will close once all tickets are fully booked.

Step 2: Email Confirmation

After successfully registering, you will receive a confirmation email from the Organizing Committee containing:

• A QR code to exchange for physical tickets
• Details on ticket pick-up location and time

Please note:

• Due to high demand, confirmation emails may not be sent immediately. Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folders) regularly so you don’t miss important updates.
• After registration closes, your submission will be verified. If your information is valid, your QR code will be sent within 6 hours from the time of registration closure.

Step 3: Ticket Collection

• Physical tickets can be collected at:
  • Nhan Dan Newspaper Headquarters – 71 Hang Trong, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi
  • From August 2 to August 3, 2025
• To collect your tickets, please bring:
  • The QR code from the confirmation email
  • The Citizen ID/VNeID/Passport you used in your registration form

Our staff will scan and verify your information. Once confirmed, your official ticket will be issued.

There are two ticket types:

• Standing Tickets: Divided into three areas: DOC LAP – TU DO – HANH PHUC
• Seated Tickets: Reserved area: CO DO SAO VANG

Tickets are randomly assigned, and cannot be chosen manually. See Question 2 for the full process to receive your ticket.

• Each ID can only be used to register for one ticket
• Tickets are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis
• Registration will close once all tickets are booked
• Audiences who successfully register will receive a confirmation email with the QR code and instructions to collect physical tickets.

No. The Organizing Committee will only issue physical tickets to individuals who have successfully registered online.
Each attendee must bring their own ID and QR code for ticket collection.

Yes. The TO QUOC TRONG TIM is a large-scale public celebration that aims to inspire patriotism and foster a strong sense of national pride. To ensure safety at Mỹ Đình Stadium:

- Attendees must be over 14 years old and possess a valid ticket issued by the Organizing Committee.

- Attendees aged 14-18 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 21 or older.

Audience are encouraged to dress neatly and respectfully. While not mandatory, the Organizing Committee encourages attendees to wear red flag with yellow star shirts or outfits featuring the Vietnamese national flag to help create a sea of red at My Dinh Stadium in unity with the event spirit.

Entry to the event includes the following steps:

Step 1: At the security checkpoint, audiences must present their Citizen ID/VNeID/Passport

Step 2: At the ticket gate, participants must present their physical ticket. Staff will validate and punch the ticket to confirm entry.

Step 3: Enter the concert area and proceed to the designated zone printed on the ticket (either standing or seated).

Important Notes:

- Each ticket can be used only once.
- Re-entry is not permitted after passing through the ticket gate.

For the safety of all audience, the following items are strictly prohibited inside My Dinh National Stadium:

• Backpacks or bags larger than 35x40cm
• Glass bottles, metal cans, metal/glass thermoses
• Food and beverages brought from outside the designated area
• Alcoholic drinks, stimulants, cigarettes, e-cigarettes
• Unlabeled or unauthorized medications, prescription drugs without a prescription
• Illegal drugs in any form
• Sharp objects, knives, umbrellas, pens, lighters, candles, fireworks, explosives
• Any flammable materials (e.g. alcohol, perfume, body spray, gasoline)
• Tablets, iPads, GoPros, flycams, gimbals
• Cameras with detachable/professional lenses
• Professional audio/video recording equipments
• Whistles, horns, loudspeakers
• Personal chairs or portable seats
• Posters, flags, or banners with political, provocative, offensive content
• Banners larger than 15x40cm
• Pets or animals of any kind

The concert is protected by a multi-layered security system, including:

*Professional medical, logistics, and security teams
*A detailed crowd coordination plan
- Hanoi City Police
- Hanoi Capital Command
- Other relevant authorities

All security forces are prepared to respond promptly to any situations and ensure the safety of all attendees throughout the event.
