    How are the tickets for “Hanoi Light Symphony 2026” distributed?

    - Fanzone tickets are given away through online registration on the Organizing Committee’s official registration portal. Audiences who successfully registered will receive a confirmation email from the Organizing Committee,which includes a QR code for wristband exchange and detailed information about the wristband collection point.

    - Wristbands can be collected in person at Nhân Dân Newspaper Office - 71 Hang Trong Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi (Wristband collection area: Hoan Kiem Lake side, Le Thai To Street) from 8 A.M. - 2 P.M. on January 30, 2026. Audiences must bring the QR code sent via email and the ID/VNeID (Level 2 verification)/Passport provided in the registration form.

    - The Organizing Committee will only issue wristbands to audiences who have successfully registered online (i.e., have received a QR code for ticket exchange).

    Important notes regarding ticket registration:

    - Each ID card/passport number may only be used to register online once.

    - Each QR code is valid for one (01) wristband only, corresponding to one (01) ticket to attend the event. The Organizing Committee will only recognize the first valid scan of the QR code.

    - Ticket quantity is limited. The Organizing Committee will close the registration portal once tickets are fully allocated.

    - Standing positions in the Fanzone areas are indicated on the wristbands and are randomly assigned at the time of wristband exchange.

    - Attendees are responsible for safeguarding the QR code sent via email. Do not share or post images of the QR code on social media or provide them to others.

    - The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for or resolve any cases where QR codes are copied, shared, or leaked, resulting in the ticket being redeemed by another person.

    - Attendees are strongly encouraged to use a personal email address when registering for tickets.

    - In all cases, the decision of the Organizing Committee shall be final.

    How to receive Fanzone tickets?

    To receive Fanzone tickets, audiences should follow the steps below:

    Step 1: Online registration via the event’s ticket registration link:

    - Visit: dangkyve.hanoilight.com

    - Click [Click here to start] at the bottom of the page

    - Fill in all required information as requested by the Organizing Committee

    - Carefully review your information before clicking [Register for ticket]

    - Click [Register for ticket] to complete the registration

    Note: Ticket quantity is limited. The Organizing Committee will close the registration portal once tickets run out.

    Step 2: Audiences who successfully registered will receive a confirmation email from the Organizing Committee, which includes a QR code for wristband exchange and detailed information about the wristband collection point.

    Note:

    - Due to high traffic at certain times, the confirmation email may not be sent immediately. Please be patient and check your inbox regularly to avoid missing important information from the Organizing Committee.

    - After registration closes, the Organizing Committee will review registrations and send the QR code for ticket exchange to the registered email within up to 6 hours after registration closes, provided that the submitted information is accurate.

    Step 3: Audiences can collect their Fanzone wristband at Nhân Dân Newspaper Office – 71 Hang Trong Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi (Wristband collection area: Hoan Kiem Lake side, Le Thai To Street) from 8 A,M. - 2 P.M. on January 30, 2026.

    - Please bring: The QR code received via email and the same ID/VNeID (Level 2 verification)/Passport provided in the registration form, and line up at the designated area as instructed by the Organizing Committee. 

    - Staff will scan and verify the QR code and registration information.

    - After successful verification, you will receive the event wristband.

    What types of tickets are available?

    The Fanzone tickets for “Hanoi Light Symphony 2026” are standing tickets and are divided into 06 zones: ÁNH SÁNG, NIỀM TIN, BAN MAI, LẤP LÁNH, VIỆT NAM, RỰC RỠ.

    What do I need to prepare to register for a ticket online?

    - You must prepare a valid personal identification document such as an ID/VNeID/Passport to register for a ticket. Each ID/VNeID/Passport can only be used to register for one ticket. Tickets will be randomly distributed by zone. Tickets are limited and the registration portal will close once tickets run out.

    - Audiences who successfully register will receive a confirmation email from the Organizing Committee, which includes a QR code for wristband exchange and detailed information on the wristband collection point.

    What are the check-in and entry/exit procedures?

    - Event start time: 8 P.M.

    - Security check-in time for the Fanzone: 5 P.M. - 8 P.M. The Organizing Committee will not handle check-ins after this time.

    - Valid conditions to enter Fanzone areas: (1) An intact wristband with a valid QR code printed on it; (2) An official stamp on the hand from the Organizing Committee confirming successful check-in. Attendees will not be allowed to pass the security checkpoint if either condition is missing.

    - Attendees are encouraged to proceed to the designated Fanzone check-in areas in accordance with the Organizing Committee’s instructions. The Fanzones are arranged with multiple entry routes; each route may serve one or more zones to ensure proper crowd distribution and smooth traffic flow.

    - Attendees must be able to present the ticket registration confirmation email whenever requested by the Organizing Committee.

    How has the Organizing Committee prepared to ensure security and crowd control?

    The program is implemented with a multi-layer security system, along with professional medical, logistics and security teams, and a detailed crowd management plan. The Organizing Committee works closely with the Hanoi City Police, the Hanoi Capital Command and relevant authorities to ensure audience safety throughout the event and to respond quickly to any situations that may arise.
